🇮🇪 Ireland & Europe: Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days. Carriers: An Post, DHL Standard. Tracking details will be sent via email.

🌍 Rest of the World: Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days (may vary by destination). Carriers: Correos, DHL Global Mail. Tracking provided by email

🔁 2. Returns & Exchanges – Satisfaction Guaranteed

We want you to love your Brewdough products. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.
📅 Return period: Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

🔄 Return process: 1) Email us at brewdough76@gmail.com. with your order number and reason. 2) We’ll send you return instructions and a label (if applicable). 3) Securely package the item and ship it back. 4) Once received, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.

💰 Refunds: Full refund to your original payment method (shipping costs excluded).

🎽 Exchanges: We accept size or color exchanges for unused items. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

💥 Damaged or wrong items: Contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
